Nordstjernan shares were initially listed on Stockholmsbörsen?s O List in 1988 and were moved to the A List in 1989. In 1991, Nordstjernan was renamed NCC. In November 2002, NCC requested that the shares be transferred to the O List, because shares traded on the O List are subject to more favorable inheritance and gift tax regulations. NCC shares are included in the basis for computing wealth tax (because NCC was listed on the Exchange in 1997). From October 2nd shares trades on the Nordic list on Stockholmsbörsen.
