At NCC we want to get to know students at as early a stage as possible. This is one of the reasons why we offer students a number of work placements every year. Those on the placements learn how we work and gain a unique insight into one of the biggest building companies in the Nordic region. It is a fact that the route to a job at NCC often starts with a work placement, which makes such positions especially attractive.

 

We also give students the opportunity to do their thesis together with NCC. Sometimes NCC has a particular need that students can look into, thus creating close collaboration with NCC. But otherwise they are free to use their own initiative in choosing a subject.
