NCC offers a large number of positions and at least as many different operations and career paths. We have consciously avoided the erection of barriers between different routes of development. On the contrary - we welcome internal mobility.

 

Production route
NCC's construction and civil engineering operations, as well as the Group's industrial production activities, form a solid foundation. This area contains a large number of positions with the joint objective of offering customers efficient production hallmarked by high quality.

 

Specialist route
NCC's organization includes staff units that support line operations in a number of key areas. Since many issues are becoming increasingly complex, the support provided by staff units is increasing in significance. Specialists play important roles in such areas as the environment, R&D, project costing, financing, human resources and purchasing.   

 

Business route
As a result of the delegated responsibility for profitability applied within NCC, business skills must be available at many levels of the Group. In certain business areas, these positions are considered superior to those at the production level. Other business areas have an organization in which positions with a business focus and positions at the production level are ranked equally.
